For all Illustration Commissions, a VISUAL REFERENCE must already been given or else an additional Character Design fee will be charged (check Additional Costs)

All Illustration Commissions have basic colors, shapes, patterns, etc, as backgrounds included unless requested otherwise

SKETCH

Basic sketches with little to no color, and rough in nature.

FLAT COLORS

A cleaned, lined illustration with flat colors and may include small highlights or shadows.

FULL SHADING / RENDERING

A fully cleaned, lined, rendered, and digitally painted illustration. My style at its most detailed.

This is a reference sheet for a character or creature of yours.
It includes 2 Full Bodies (Same Pose, Alternate Versions), and up to 5 Accesories/Detail/Expression Shots, all Flat Colored; alongside the Color Palette and any basic design notes.
The Character Design fee is already taken into account in this commission type.

Character Design

This fee is charged when I am asked for a Custom Design, or the description I am given is lacking (text, a few images, etc). As designing a character or creature is additional work work, requiring closer communication with the client and more stages of approval.

Character Redesign
$15
This fee is charged in case I am requested to redesign, or update a PRE-EXISTING DESIGN WITH AN ALREADY EXISTING VISUAL REFERENCE. Please let me know what changes you'd want, or elements you want to keep.

Backgrounds (Scenes)
Starts out at $20
As mentioned before, symbols, colors, patterns, etc, are free. This is for any actual backgrounds, like a room, garden, etc.

PAYMENT & PRICES

I take payment upfront or half and half, whichever is preferred. I will NEVER take payment after the commission is done.
Payment is accepted through Invoice (Bank Transfer, Card, etc) and Ko-fi.

I have the right to deny any commission for any reason, especially if it makes me uncomfortable.

Base prices are already set, and are not negotiable. Only add ons like backgrounds, additional outfits, etc, may be negotiated.

I have the right to classify certain characteristics as Complex and charge accordingly. Things that may be considered such are machines, detailed outfits, wings, mecha, realistic styles, etc. This is open for discussion, and varies from case to case.

If the commission has a time limit or is urgent, there will be an additional charge. AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND, SO THAT WE MAY DISCUSS.

Commissions not started yet are ALWAYS available for full refunds. Once the work has started, I will only refund work not completed.

PROCESS

During the commission process, updates will be given at least once during the sketch, lineart, flat colors, and shading phases, and more will be given if requested, the artist has a question, or if they decide to share. Updates will also be given if the artist is having time or scheduling problems that interfere with the commission process.

Tweaks and changes during the sketch phase are totally fine! So are small changes after that; however, excessive changes, especially beyond the sketch phase, will be charged additionally.

WHAT I WILL DRAW AND WILL NOT DRAW

I will only draw heavy gore or art pieces with sensitive subjects for adults. I reserve the right to reject commissions related to these themes from minors.

I will not replicate another artist’s style unless you have permission from that artist. (This does not apply to popular company-owned media like Naruto, Sonic, etc.)

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

Once paid, you may use the commissioned work for any non-profit reasons; commissioned art can be used for references, icons, banners, merch [for personal use only], gifts, etc, and may be reposted with credit.
Feel free to line and color whatever sketch commission you get from me! Meanwhile credit is given, there isn’t an issue at all, and I’d love to see what you do <3

If you’d like to use your commission for commercial purposes, the base rate for commercial rights purchase is x3 times the original price. This rate is non-negotiable, but please let me know so that we may discuss, as things will vary from case to case.

Even if allowed to use the art commercially or in streams, credit must still ALWAYS be given.

Artwork may not be edited without I, the artist’s consent. Please, just let me know first! Meanwhile you ask, I really don’t mind :D (Credit still must ALWAYS be given)

I reserve the right to promote myself using the art piece, as well as post it on my social media. This is open for discussion.

My commissions may NEVER be used as Non-Fungible Tokens, exchanged for cryptocurrency of any kind, used to train AI, or in AI related endeavors. This is NOT negotiable.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

Prices are NOT negotiable.

Payment is done either through Invoice (Bank Transfer, Card, etc) or Kofi, and set in USD; for Adoptables, the payment must be done within 24 hours and upfront.
In a few circumstances, I may offer payment plans, trades, etc, but these are very much exceptions to the rule and not default.

I will only hold the Adoptable for three days. If an extraordinary circumstance arises, I may do so for a maximum of a week.
~
When it comes to Adoptables, I do NOT do refunds unless there is an extraordinary circumstance [please let me know if that is the case, so that we may discuss].
For Custom Designs, the same rule applies as in my normal Commission work; I will only refund not completed work, and will always be available for a full refund if I haven’t begun.
Chargebacks are not allowed.

Do NOT take credit for the design of the character.

I reserve the right to post/display the created art anywhere I want, as well as promote myself with it.

AFTER OWNERSHIP

As long as the proper credit is given, gifting, trading, and re-selling my characters is absolutely fine!
When re-selling the character, you may only increase its value if more art has been added, or it has any other add-ons of monetary value (like merch, or a 3D model).

If you intend to use the character commercially, please let me know so we may discuss any applicable commercial rates.

Changing or tweaking the design is absolutely fine, though editing the given art without my consent is not; please, just let me know first! Meanwhile you let me know, I really don’t mind. If you are to redesign the character, I’d also prefer if traces of the original design remained. And of course, credit for the original design must still ALWAYS be given.

If an adopt or design comes with a specified ethnicity/sexuality/etc, it is not required to stay the same, though it is appreciated. Same things apply to name, lore, etc, in case they have any.
The only exception are BIPOC characters; even if the specific ethnicity, nationality, what have you may change due to setting, story or other reasons alike, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DO NOT WHITEWASH THEM.

Also, feel free to show me any art of them! I’d love to see it! Not to mention, telling me stories of them if you are to use them in your stories, roleplays, TTRPGs, etc. <3
